This week we have combined Valentine’s Day and the story, A Super Hero like me. We talked about the special people in our lives and who help us. We talked about a variety of jobs like; doctors, dentists, recycling truck drivers, carers and our parents. We made some fantastic food collages to resemble the face of our individual super heroes. We used a bread bun for the face and fruit, salad, cheese and ham for the features. We produced some pictures of ‘people who help us’ on the computer as well as some paintings and drawings. During maths we made repeating patterns with our outdoor equipment and learned the song, Ten Green Bottles.
