Owls have thoroughly enjoyed their DT topic this half term making Christmas stockings. First they researched different types of stockings such as what they were made from and how they were decorated. Next they designed their own stockings thinking about the different embellishments they would use to decorate them with. Then they used a felt stocking template, a needle and thread to make their stockings as well as using a variety of embellishments to decorate with. Finally once completed they evaluated them on what changes they would make.
