This half term in art Owls have been learning about the artist Paul Klee and how a lot of his work is abstract. They enjoyed taking their pencil for a walk just like his quote ‘A line is a dot that we take for a walk.” They then looked at his painting ‘Table of Colour’ focusing on 2D shapes (squares) and colour. Next they explored shades of colours and how certain colours made them feel. Finally they mixed paint to make different shades of one colour.
