Over the past couple of weeks, Year 6 have been reading and enjoying Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. This week, we developed our speaking and listening skills by acting out the fight scene between Tybalt, Mercutio and Romeo. The hall became our theatre and we became the actors, giving some outstanding and very dramatic performances! We will use this to inspire our newspaper report writing – look out for the finished articles next week.
