On Friday, 8 children from year 5 and 6 went out to a netball tournament. The children in the team were some of the members of the netball club from the previous term. In the club, the children learnt a variety of different skills and tactics and practised these in game situations each week. At the competition, the team faced a tough group with two losses and a draw. Despite these results, they kept a positive attitude and enjoyed the extra time at the end for more friendly matches. Well done team Nook!
