Owls have enjoyed putting together a basic routine with different moves using big and small body parts, wide narrow and curled. First they did a warm up travelling in different directions and then having to balance when the whistle was blown. Then they combined all of these moves to travel across the mat. They then discussed with their group how they could make their routine better.
