This term UKS2 have been learning all about the Maya civilisation and children have been able to look at how they used masks for different occasions. Children used their sketchbooks to research masks, look at Maya masks and then use this as inspiration for planning out their own. They then created the Masks out of cardboard and were able to use paint to create their unique mask design!
