This week, Lower Key Stage 2 have been developing their musical appraisal skills by taking part on ‘Minute of Listening.’ This activity involves the children listening carefully to one minute of music, soundscapes, sound effects or any other kind of audio, and then discussing it.
Minute of Listening is a great chance to practise using musical vocabulary, as well as the children sharing their thoughts and opinions about what they’ve listened to.
