The children of Lower Key Stage 2 are continuing to work on their musical-appraisal skills by listening to various minute-long soundscapes in ‘Minute of Listening.’ Each class listens and then comments on features such as pitch, volume, mood and types of sound (timbre).
It is the perfect compliment to our French topic ‘Les Instruments.’ Children are learning to say the names of several musical instruments in French.
