Today was the return of the annual Summer Festival at Windy Nook. We decided on a 90s theme and all of the children really dressed for the occasion. Year 6 led the event, painting banners and manning all of the different stations on offer: bubbles; juice and biscuits; face and nail painting; and penalty shootout to name but a few. All the children from nursery to year 6 participated in the event and it was a huge success. Everyone danced their socks off to some 90s classics and all in all had a fantastic time. Thank you to parents and carers for your continued support in helping to raise money for our school with such events.
