Today, we hosted a Teddy Bear’s Picnic, through the week we wrote invitations for our teddies to come to Festival day and join us for a picnic. We also read the story ‘This is the Bear and the Picnic Lunch’ by Sarah Hayes. Just as in the story, the rain came but it didn’t spoil our day, like the story says “Haven’t you guessed, indoor picnics are the best!” We had a super time singing songs, listening to stories and eating our sandwiches which we made in the morning!
