This week in nursery we created a Christmas card by making a hand print Santa Clause. Our beautiful artwork will be sent to a company called Cauliflower Cards who will produce our cards which will be available to buy in the near future. We have made our own play dough this week following a recipe. We produced some wonderful creations with the playdough and enhanced it with some cumin and thyme throughout the week. We also used the playdough to participate in a session of Playdough Disco to help strengthen our hands.
During our Friday outdoor session we collected some sticks which we will use next week as we intend to make some Spanish flags for The National Day of Spain. We couldn’t find very many sticks on the ground so Miss Clough used some secateurs to cut some Willow sticks and we pulled off the leaves.
