This week, we have been lucky enough to have Reverend Danie and John visit us from St Alban’s Church. They came into our classes to talk to us about light at Christmas time. We found out that Christians believe Jesus is the light of the world and they taught us a song with some actions to remember this.
Afterwards, they talked to us about the meaning of Christingles which is something Christians enjoy making in the lead up to Christmas. We even got to make our own Christingle to take home! It was so much fun and we look forward to learning more from Reverend Danie later in the year.
