Yesterday students from Year 3/4 took part in a Hockey tournament a lot of the students were from the after school Hockey club the previous term. Competing in three teams all students saw success against other schools, with two of our teams making it through to the quarter finals, And our journey didn’t end their as both Teams won making it through to the semi final where one of our matches ended in a draw and the other team progressed to the final based on group points and the other semi final ended in a defeat. we couldn’t be any prouder of the students. Their attitude was excellent throughout, the hockey they played was amazing and we left with our head held high. They finished third overall out of 32 teams bringing the bronze medals back to school.
