On Tuesday, a group of children form year 5 and 6 were lucky enough to attend the Gateshead schools Dance Festival. The children had put weeks of hard work into after school practices to learn their routine. The theme for the event was ‘Equality’ and we chose to embody this by focussing on song associated with mass sporting events. All of the children involved put on a fantastic performance and had the audience fully engaged. We were so proud of their performance and dedication throughout the whole process! The dancers will perform for children in school next week. Well done Windy Winners!
