Staff and children at Windy Nook made a great effort on Friday to support comic relief, with many wearing red to support the day. Children shared their best jokes in a competition which saw a winner chosen from each class.

As well as the show of support in clothing and jokes, the school is very appreciative of the donations from children and families who, together, raised a fantastic £352.26 for Comic Relief. Particular thanks to our school councillors who shook the buckets and designed posters to help collect the donations: Myla, Oscar, Awad, Georgia, Olivia, Zane, Anna, Maisie, Sophia, Luke, Olivia and Zoe.
