Still Life Artists in Nursery

In preparation for Mother’s Day we have been drawing flowers to which will be attached to the front of our Mother’s Day Cards next week. We chose which medium to use from a selection of felt pens, coloured pencils, pastels and crayons. We examined a mini Daffodil plant and then drew a section of it. The results are beautiful! We also made some flowers on the interactive white board. During our maths sessions we consolidated our knowledge of positional language and directions.  We participated in our weekly Squiggle While You Wiggle session. During our outdoor Friday session we had a great time in our mud kitchen, water area, digging area and sand pit.
