In Years 3 and 4, the children have been learning all about climate zones and their biomes. Each class has very impressively got to grips with lots of technical language – using these geographical terms in discussions, reading and written work. They have used world maps and atlases to locate parts of the world with different biomes and climates, e.g. the Tropics, the Equator and various continents of the world.
