Nightingales perform poetry!

This week, Nightingales have been learning all about list poems.

Our exciting week began with a delivery – a mysterious bag that belonged to a witch! Inside, we found lots of interesting items. We found a spell book, a potion, a shiny crystal and more. Then, we read the poem ‘Ten Things Found in a Wizard’s Pocket’. We practised reading the poem to our partners before performing to the class. We are excited to write our very own list poems next week.
