This week we have focussed on numbers. During our maths sessions we participated in small number hunts in our nursery environment both indoors and outdoors. We also talked about the numbers on the doors of our homes and car registration plates. We played number games on the interactive white board and practiced the formation of numbers one to five. On Friday this week we incorporated National Number Day and our Friday outdoor session and had a fantastic number number hunt on out ‘top field’. We had to think really hard and sort out numbers one to five into the correct containers. Some of the numbers ere really tricky to find and it was really exciting! We loved having a non-uniform day and wearing clothes with had numbers and patterns on them too.

We have also participated in Squiggle While You Wiggle, Playdough Disco and participated in physical development sessions with Mr Gibson this week.
