This term, our Reception children have been busy growing their own vegetables—and what a fantastic job they’ve done! From planting seeds to watering and weeding, they’ve taken great care of their garden. This week, they proudly harvested their crops and decided to sell them to raise money for their end-of-year Pirate Day!
We are so proud of the children’s hard work and teamwork. They’ve learned so much, not just about gardening, but also about making decisions, working together, and helping their community. A huge thank you to the Reception parents who bought some veggies. We will be able to buy lots of treats with the proceeds! We can’t wait to see the children enjoy their well-earned Pirate Day celebration!
