Supporting Gateshead Foodbank – Harvest Help for Our Community

Dear Parents, Carers and Children,

As part of our Harvest celebrations, we are supporting Gateshead Foodbank by collecting donations to help local families in need. We would be very grateful for any contributions of non-perishable food items.

  • Tinned meat and fish
  • Tinned fruit and vegetables
  • UHT milk and juice
  • Pasta and rice Cereal
  • Tinned puddings and custard
  • Tea, coffee, and sugar
  • Toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
  • Pet food (cat and dog)

Donations can be brought into school from Monday 6th October until Thursday 23rd October and placed in the collection box in the entrance area or brought to your child’s classroom.

Harvest is a time for thankfulness and sharing, and this is a wonderful opportunity for our children and school community to show kindness and compassion to others in our community. We will celebrate and reflect on the collections during a special Harvest assembly led by Rev Danie on Tuesday 21st October.

Thank you for your continued support.
