This afternoon, Elms headed down to Gateshead College to take part in a Christmas skipping festival. We skipped along to Christmas songs and had lots of fun! Although some children were unsure at first, we all got stuck in and learnt lots of new skipping skills. It was amazing to see the children’s resilience and progress as they developed over the course of the afternoon. We all had a great time and the skipping coach running the session even remarked on how talented some of our children are. The bus home was quiet as the children were all exhausted from a full afternoon of bouncing around!
