We have been building 3D shapes. The children were given a packet of ready-cut paper straws. First they had to work out what their shape was by counting the number of straws and looking at the sizes.
Using blutac and straws they created cubes, cuboids, square-based pyramids, triangular-based pyramids and triangular prisms. It was very tricky and we had to show a lot of resilience!
