The Rights Respecting School Councillors conducted a walk around school to ensure that the school is promoting Rights Respecting effectively. They decided that the A B C D E rights of the child needed to be displayed more around school. We made posters and have now put them up around school so that children are reminded that rights are for all children and young people throughout the world (universal), are there at birth (inherent), cannot
be taken away (inalienable), do not come with any conditions attached to them (unconditional) and are all equally important (indivisible).
