The Year 1 children learning from home have had another fantastic week! They have become Historians, super mathematicians and top spellers all in one week! The children have been working hard on learning their 2x tables and this week our Windy Winner was a Top Mathematician! Year 1 have done really well with their spellings too, with excellent scores. This week the children have been learning a bit more about the Battle of Hastings. They looked more closely at William and Harold and why they wanted to win the battle. The children really enjoyed this task and really got into character. It has been great to see the children have been putting a lot of effort into their home learning and completing their tasks at home. Well done Year 1!
