Good morning year 2 and happy half term! Our meets today are at 9.30am and 11am. Remember on our 11am meet we are doing a half term fact quiz with the children at school! Our work for today is as follows:
English – Spelling Test- we will do this together on our first live.
English- GAP Buster- Add the correct punctuation mark for each sentence.
English- Main task- read the poems and choose one to draw a picture of. Think of what sort of scene comes in to your head when you read the poem.
Maths- Google classroom- Complete the sequences counting in quarters. Use the number lines on google classroom to help you.
Maths- Conquer maths- Complete the task on halves and quarters to revise what you already know.
Reading- Read the final chapter of Anna’s sports day.
PE- Choose some different balances from the sheets on google classroom and practice them in a safe place at home.
