Hello Year 3,

Happy World Book Day!

Today, we have our first Live Meet at 9am and this will be for English. Please go to Google Classroom, where you will find, Spelling, GaPbuster and main English tasks. Today’s main English session is writing a biography of Roy Lichtenstein.

Our next Live Meet is maths at 10.30. For Maths, Speed Calc. is on Google Classroom. You also have reasoning and some compass games on Google Classroom. Fluency can be found on Conquer Maths: Student and Teacher Login (mathsonline.com.au) and you can find your reasoning and problem-solving tasks on Google Classroom. 

Our afternoon Meet is 12pm is all about Wold Book Day. We’ll be reading an extract of a book and watching a You Tube video. You’ll then have a couple of tasks to do – including creating your own comic strip!

Finally, remember to listen to another audiobook, ready to write your book review tomorrow.
