Nightingales enjoyed a walk around the school grounds looking for signs of Autumn. On our way we thought of adjectives to describe our findings.
Back at school we wrote a recount of our travels and we are fabulous at writing expanded noun phrases like ‘amber, crunchy leaves’, ‘juicy, purple blackberries and ‘fluffy, inquisitive squirrels’.
