Los Animales – Spanish in KS2

Children in Key Stage 2 have continued their introduction to Spanish this half term with a focus on learning how to say the names for different animals. They have also begun to learn how Spanish has feminine and masculine words and that these have different determiners (un and una). Children have begun to say short sentences featuring animals and next half term will begin to learn more about grammar and pronunciation whilst learning about fruits!

Of course, children have also spent a lot a bit of time listening to the fantastic Spanish Christmas song – Feliz Navidad!

Merry Christmas!
