This July, we held our superb Windy Nook Primary Summer Concert in the school hall.
Parents and carers were treated to excellent recitals, brilliant singing and expert signing by our amazing Sign Squad. Brass, violin, woodwind and drums were all sounding tip top! The children of the choir got to showcase some of the songs they’d sung at Glasshouse in June. For Sign Squad, it was their last Summer Concert before heading off to secondary school. All children’s hard work and dedication was a joy to see.
We’d like to say a special thanks to our magnificent peripatetic music teachers who do such a great job in tutoring our instrumentalists every year, and promote such super progress.
It was lovely to see a huge audience of so many come along to support their children and support music at Windy Nook.
