Bluebell Class had a fantastic time taking part in the National Literacy Trust’s Take 10 world record attempt! We joined children from across the country to celebrate the joy of reading by taking part in 10 minutes of reading online.
Before the challenge, we listened to an exciting story and enjoyed a short lesson from an illustrator, where we learned about how pictures can help bring stories to life. During the reading session, some children chose to read their own stories, while others listened to our new class novel, Fantastic Mr Fox by Roald Dahl.
We were incredibly proud of how enthusiastically everyone took part and showed their love of reading. Well done, Bluebell Class! 📚✨
