KS1 have been focusing on developing agility, balance and co-ordination through a range of exciting multi-skills activities with Mr Peden. The children worked hard to challenge themselves as they moved, balanced, jumped and travelled in different ways, building confidence in their physical abilities while learning new skills.
Throughout the half term, pupils enjoyed taking part in team games and were motivated to beat their personal bests. They learned how these fundamental skills can be applied in game situations, helping them to make decisions, move effectively and work collaboratively with others. Most importantly, everyone had great fun, raised their heart rates and experienced the benefits of being active and healthy. We look forward to seeing these skills continue to grow throughout the year!
