In Snowdrops, we love learning in different ways. To help us understand the idea of angles and turns, we played some throwing and catching games.
In a group of five people, we had one person standing in the centre of a square. This person threw and caught a ball from the person on each corner. All the while, we chanted how much of a turn we had made and how many degrees this was.
Back in class, we tackled some reasoning activities based on turning, direction and angles.
