Elms (Y5)

Welcome to Elms 

We are the Elms and always have fun and work hard in Year 5. Our teacher is Mrs Hope, who is accompanied by Miss Henderson in the mornings and Mrs Bulch for our English lessons.

Important information: 

Homework will be given out on a Friday and returned the following Thursday (Maths, Grammar and Reading – there is also online homework too, which includes Conquer Maths and Reading Plus). 

Spellings are expected to be practised regularly over the week. They will be tested in line with our unit planning – this may not be weekly.  

P.E. is on a Thursday – children are expected to come to school in their kit (white t-shirt, black short/joggers, school jumper/cardigan and trainers). 

If your child is having a school lunch please ensure that payment is now done through our online payment service.
