Handwriting – practise writing words rhyming with ‘ell’ in your red book. eg. fell, well… Remember e is half the size of l.
Spelling
In your red book write down this spelling rule ‘If the word ends in a y, swap the y for an i and add ed’
This rule is like a song. Chant the rule to lock it on your head.
Grammar
When you have read chapter 5 use your ‘detective specs’ to spot adjectives. In your red book write down the adjectives you found.
Now go to your 2dos on Purple Mash – Emeralds
Read Chapter 5 ‘Lucinda Leap & the Hedgehog Gang’
