English
Spelling
This week your spelling words all have possessive apostrophes. Watch this BBC Bitesize video to recap the use of possessive apostrophes.

Today your task is to write a sentence including each of your spelling words. Make sure you use the apostrophe correctly.
Reading
Today you will be starting a new text on purple mash called Ice-Cream Villain. You need to read chapter 2 and complete the quiz questions. Open the quiz and the chapter in two separate internet tabs so that you can re-read the text as you answer the questions.
English
On purple mash your task is to write a newspaper report explaining the strange ways that Natasha Wolfhound has been selling Ice-Cream. Remember to include the 5 W’s. You can see prompts on the help bar on the left-hand side of the task.
Maths
Your maths tasks this week all involve position and direction. Today on conquer maths your task involves following directions. Make sure you watch the video on conquer maths before answering the questions.
Log onto times tables rockstars every day and practice your times tables.
Topic
Remember you have all week to complete your topic activities so take your time and ensure you include lots of details.
Science
On purple mash you have an activity set about electricity in the house. You need to find different electrical items in your home and explain how they work. Do they need plugged into the mains? Do they work using batteries? What are they used for?
Art
