Firstly, I’d like to say a huge thank you for all of your support with logging into Google Classroom at home and supporting the children to access their homework.
Some children have had issues logging in. This may sometimes be caused by Google auto-filling the domain part of the email address with @gmail.com. This will need to be changed to @gatesheadschools.org for your child’s login to work.This is particularly an issue if the device is shared with another user who uses an @gmail.com email address – the best thing to do is ensure all Google accounts are logged out before trying to access Google Classroom.
If you have any further issues logging in or completing work, please let your child’s class teacher know and we’ll do our best to help. We will be using Google Classroom lots in school to help the children become more familiar with using the resources.
