RE: Holiday & Activities Programme – BrightenTheDay ‘Cook n’ Eat’ Boxes
Dear Parent/Guardian
We are writing to tell you that following the success of last summer’s Summer Cook n’ Eat boxes, where many Gateshead families received a box of ingredients and a recipe card to cook a healthy meal together, that we’re doing it again this Easter!
As part of our expanded 2021 Holidays & Activities Programme, we’re going one step further than last year by offering you and your family an Easter Cook n’ Eat box with enough fresh food ingredients to cook FIVE meals.
Our boxes will be delivered direct to your doorstep and contain all the ingredients and instructions required to make delicious, nutritious family meals together. The best part is they’re completely free!
If you would like to receive one of our Easter Cook n’ Eat boxes please register your interest with us by emailing brightentheday@gateshead.gov.uk using the title ‘Cook n Eat’ no later than Thursday 25 th March so we can place the correct number of orders with our suppliers.
Your emailed response MUST contain:
- your full name
- full postal address
- a contact telephone number, preferably a mobile number so we can text you your delivery date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: Any requests for Cook n Eat boxes made after the 25th March deadline date will not be fulfilled.
We’re really keen to make sure that as many families as possible receive and enjoy one of our boxes, therefore we encourage you to respond to this letter as soon as possible.
