This term, Snowdrops are lucky enough to have an extra PE session each Friday – thanks to Change4Life. We were very grateful to Alex who came in and taught us some skills and drills in tag rugby.
We played some exciting and energetic invasion games, as well as doing some fitness drills that taught throwing and catching skills.
The hour-long session was a fantastic workout and everyone had lots of fun!
