…make a jam sandwich!
In our English lessons we have been finding out about the features of instruction texts to help us write our own instructions next week. We looked at – what you need lists, numbered steps, time words, bossy verbs (and even found out they are called imperative verbs!), picture instructions and top tips. We ended this week by building a set of instructions to make a jam sandwich, to use as a model for our writing next week.
