Over the past two weeks, Oaks and Beeches have been using a short film titled ‘Pigeon Impossible’ to inspire their writing. As well as creating newspaper reports about the events of the film, we became comic book authors and created our own comic strips to re-tell the story. We developed our IT skills by using Google Drawings for the first time. As well as inserting images and writing captions and speech bubbles, we thought carefully about how to format our work to make sure it looked like a real comic strip.
