Wednesday’s Break the Rules and Beans Day was so much fun. Rules were well and truly broken right across the school!
However, and I think we can all agree, that the best part of the day was when the children covered Mrs Forrest and Mr Hawdon in beans.
Over the course of the day, we raised over £420 in profit! Amazing, thank you so much.
In addition to fundraising, we also collected an amazing amount of food and toiletries for Gateshead Food Bank. The donations have been (no pun intended) dropped at their warehouse this morning. The PTFA are also making a monetary donation of £20 to the Food Bank (the equivalent value of the beans).
