This term, Lower Key Stage 2 have been researching, testing, designing and making pop-up Christmas cards. The stage we reached this week was to create our front cover and attach the lever mechanism. As well as that, the children had to complete the design by adding an image to the lever, in order to complete the animated scene.
We have Santa stuck in the chimney, sleighs taking off and Christmas stars shooting across the sky. The children have shown great imagination and used superb design skills.
Everyone has worked very hard to make fantastic Christmas cards. We’re sure they’ll take pride of place at home this Christmas.
