KS1 have been investigating the effect of exercise on their bodies. First they predicted how they would feel at different stages of moving. They chose the equipment they would need and talked about how to make it a fair test.
They stood still first for 1 minute and monitored how it made them feel. Next they walked for 1 minute to look at the changes in their bodies. Finally they ran for 1 minute and again checked how they felt.

Article 29: Your education should help you use and develop your talents and abilities. It should also help you learn to live peacefully, protect the environment and respect other people.
