Well what a joyous last day of term celebrating as a school the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee! The children came into school dressed in red, white and blue and had a fantastic day full of fun packed activities including the opportunity to watch a traditional punch and Judy show, orienteering around the school grounds and afternoon tea outside. A big thank you to the PTFA who kindly contributed towards the children receiving a delicious ice cream from Ciccarellin of Blyth. It was lovely as a whole school to come together at the end of the day for a parade. EYFS were proud to show us their crowns around KS1 yard, the choir sang a selection of traditional songs and sign squad supported the whole school singing the National Anthem.
