Article 17: You have the right to get information that is important to your well-being, from radio, newspaper, books, computers and other sources. Adults should make sure that the information you are getting is not harmful, and help you find and understand the information you need.

The children had a fantastic time visiting Hylton Castle linked to our topic ‘King of the Castle’. They enjoyed a variety of activities whilst there such as taking part in a workshop learning all about knights, what their job was and the armour they would wear during battle. They took a tour around the castle and learned how the distinctive and highly decorative gatehouse-tower of a castle was built by the wealthy Sir William Hylton shortly before 1400. Then there had the opportunity to carryout a scavenger hunt around the grounds.
