Make A CEOP Report

Shrove Tuesday (a week later) and much more!

We have had a super busy week in nursery. On Tuesday, we read the story, Mr Wolf’s Pancakes and made our own pancakes. We thoroughly enjoyed adding delicious toppings to our pancakes and eating them during snack time. We learned the song, Mix the Pancake, Stir the Pancake and pretended to catch pancakes in frying pans. Some of us produced fantastic painting and drawings of pancakes as well as creating pancake pictures on the computer. On Thursday we came to nursey wearing costumes or our pyjamas to take park in World Book Day. We enjoyed looking at and reading books together throughout the day.

During our outdoor Friday session we collected green leaves, brown leaves and worms to put in our new compost bin. We also ripped some cardboard up to put in. We planted some Primula plants and some Hyacinth and Daffodil bulbs in pots which we places around our writing shed.
