Reception have been focusing on the story ‘Oliver’s Vegetables’ by Vivian French.
The children have explored where fruit and vegetables come from and why we need to eat fruit and vegetables as part of a healthy diet. In Maths this week the children have used the balance scales to investigate light and heavy using the the fruit and vegetables. The children have continued to water and look after the plants in our outdoor area.
