The sun has got his hat on!

We have continued to focus on the story Tiny Crab is a Tidy Crab. We know the story really well know and we have participated in some super acting of it. We finished drawing fantastic pictures of the characters and items from the story and they look brilliant on our wall. During group time we worked on following instructions and made some lovely Father’s Day/special person cards. We had a huge number hunt all together outdoors for our maths session. We learned the song, The Sun has got his Hat on on Thursday. It was lovely to hear the children spontaneously sing it while they played in the sunshine! During our Friday outdoor session we walked to our ‘top field’. We had a super time exploring, playing parachute games and examining our fruit trees. We discovered some tiny apples and pears on some of the trees which are looking forward to checking progress on.
